Order Confirmation

To proceed with a bulk order, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order, with the remaining balance payable before dispatch. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full order specifications, including quantity, design approvals, and any customizations requested by the customer. Any modifications after approval may result in additional costs and timeline extensions. Bulk orders are non-cancellable once production has begun, and changes will not be accepted unless approved by Drizzart.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Bulk orders require a longer production timeline, typically estimated at 35-45 days, depending on the complexity and volume. Expedited processing may be available at an additional cost, subject to production capacity. Customers will be informed of any unexpected delays due to material shortages, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events. While Drizzart endeavors to meet all delivery schedules, any delays beyond our control will not be considered grounds for cancellation or refunds.

Shipping & Logistics

Shipping charges will be calculated based on order volume, weight, and destination. Customers may choose their preferred shipping method, and Drizzart will provide tracking details upon dispatch. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the recipient’s country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Drizzart is not liable for courier delays, customs holds, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. In case of damaged or lost shipments, the issue must be reported immediately to both Drizzart and the shipping provider for resolution.

International Shipping Timelines

Shipping times will vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • North America (USA, Canada): 10-20 business days
  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 12-25 business days
  • Asia (India, Japan, China, etc.): 8-18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12-22 business days
  • Middle East & Africa: 15-30 business days
  • South America: 15-35 business days

These are estimated timelines and may be subject to changes due to customs clearance, local courier policies, or unforeseen delays.

Returns & Refunds

Drizzart does not accept returns for bulk orders unless a verified manufacturing defect is found. However, if the product is damaged during delivery, customers may return it by providing proper photographic or video evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. Any damages occurring during shipping must be reported immediately to both Drizzart and the shipping provider for resolution. Drizzart is not liable for customs handling issues or improper storage after delivery. If a defect is confirmed, Drizzart may offer a partial refund or replacement at our discretion. We are not responsible for damages caused due to improper handling, exposure to extreme conditions, or alterations made by the customer after delivery.

Corporate & Enterprise Orders

For corporate clients and enterprise orders, Drizzart offers tailored solutions, including exclusive bulk pricing, priority production scheduling, and customized packaging options. Payment terms for corporate clients may be discussed on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval. Large-scale projects may require additional contractual agreements. Drizzart is open to signing NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) upon request for confidential projects. Businesses looking for long-term partnerships or recurring orders can request a dedicated account manager for streamlined communication and order processing.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Drizzart reserves the right to use images of bulk-produced items for promotional and marketing purposes unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise in writing. Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights for any third-party designs or trademarks submitted for customization. Drizzart is not liable for legal disputes arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted content.

Liability Disclaimer

Drizzart’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the ordered products. We are not responsible for indirect losses, including business disruptions, missed deadlines, or financial losses incurred due to unforeseen delays. Once an order has been delivered and accepted, Drizzart holds no responsibility for misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized alterations.

Agreement & Policy Updates

By placing a bulk order with Drizzart, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all the terms outlined above. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms before confirming an order.
