Order Confirmation
To initiate production on a customized order, an advance payment of 50% is required, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Orders will only proceed after the customer has approved the final design. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate specifications, reference images, and any other necessary details. Before production begins, a digital preview or prototype will be shared for final approval. Once approval is given, major modifications will not be possible without additional charges. Any changes requested after production has started may result in extra costs and an extended delivery timeframe.
Production & Delivery Time
The typical production period is around 35 days, subject to the complexity of the design and the quantity ordered. Customers will receive an estimated production timeline upon placing their order. Requests for expedited production may be accommodated for an additional fee. In cases of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain disruptions, equipment malfunctions, or external factors, customers will be promptly notified. While Drizzart endeavors to adhere to all deadlines, we cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control. Once production has begun, cancellations and refunds are not allowed. Any requests for modifications after approval may result in additional costs and changes to the timeline.
Shipping & Responsibilities
Shipping fees are determined based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Customers can select from available shipping options based on their preferences for speed and cost. Drizzart is not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or inaccuracies in the shipping details provided by the customer. Customers must verify their shipping address and details to prevent delivery complications. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, the issue must be reported immediately to both Drizzart and the courier service. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional import charges are the responsibility of the customer. Drizzart is not responsible for these charges or any shipment hold-ups due to regulatory requirements.
Returns & Refunds
Since each customized product is made specifically for the customer, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product arrives with a verified defect due to a production error. Customers are required to inspect their orders upon delivery and report any defects within 48 hours, providing photographic or video evidence. If a defect is confirmed, Drizzart may offer a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the severity of the issue. If required, the customer must return the defective item in its original condition. Refunds will not be provided for damages resulting from improper handling, exposure to extreme conditions, or modifications made by the customer. All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Drizzart reserves the right to use images of completed customized orders for promotional purposes, including marketing and portfolio showcases unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise in writing before production starts. Customers must ensure that any artwork, logos, or designs they provide do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. Drizzart holds no liability for any legal disputes arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted material. If a submitted design is found to violate copyright or trademark laws, Drizzart reserves the right to cancel the order without issuing a refund, and the legal consequences will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Liability Disclaimer
Drizzart is not liable for any misuse, alteration, or improper handling of the final product by the customer. Once a product has been delivered and accepted, the responsibility for its care and intended use lies solely with the recipient. Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased product. We do not compensate for indirect losses such as business interruptions, missed deadlines, or external damages caused after delivery.
Agreement & Updates
By placing a customized order with Drizzart, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms before finalizing a purchase. Drizzart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates to our policies will be reflected on our official website, and it is the customer’s duty to stay informed about any changes.
